HYDRAULIC presses

Our line of press brakes consists of a range of machines comprising the smallest 30 tonnes x1250 mm up to the 600 tonnes x 6260 mm without stroke and opening limits and a varied series of optional accessories.

These are press brakes that combine the concept of traditional folding – sturdiness, reliability and precision gained over many years of design and production – with the new opportunities offered by electronics and computing. These are extremely flexible high-tech machines.

HYBRID PRESSES e.TERNA

They differ from traditional presses in that they are fitted with high-performance SIEMENS IE3 motors driven by an inverter that, combined with a high-performance pump, controls the main motor and activates it only when the machine starts running. This means zero energy consumption during standby, but energy savings are also guaranteed during operation thanks to the Pressure Control system that only provides the necessary force for the folding step with a reduction in cycle times. Expanded CNC with the option of viewing consumption, pressure values in real time and a section designed for contractors to estimate production costs.
